BridgeClock is a simple countdown timer for duplicate bridge. It will display the current round number and the current board number while it counts down the time remaining in the round.
Each round consists of a number of boards. As the time for the current round is counting down, the current board number will be advanced in equal increments. Players may use this as a guide during the round whether they are on track to finish the expected number of boards in the round on time.
By default, the BridgeClock will start with the assumption that each round consists of 3 boards, and each board will average 7:30 (seven and a half minutes) to play. Using the small buttons on the bottom of the page can adjust these assumptions.
To adjust the Time per Board by more than 10 seconds will require clicking the buttons multiple times.
When you have adjusted the number of boards per round and the time per board to match your desired game, the RestartTimer button will re-start the timer as if it is the start of the countdown from the current board number.
After adjusting the board and round numbers as desired, using the RestartTimer button will start the countdown timer for that round, starting at that current board.
To make small time asjustments other than changing the board and/or round numbers and restarting the timer, you can use the time adjustment buttons to make small change in the current countdown.
